I’m Stacy.  I love roasting sweet potatoes, baking bread, and going out for sushi.  I’m already planning my next European vacation, but I can’t imagine living anywhere besides Minnesota.  Tangled Up In Food features mostly-vegetarian seasonal recipes, Twin Cities restaurant reviews, and food-focused travel writing. 

My freelance writing has appeared in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Minneapolis City Pages, Cheese Connoisseur, and theKitchn.com.
